This website and the related web pages of Stellar Card (collectively referred to as this “Site”) is provided as a service to its visitors and may be used for informational purposes only. Please carefully read and understand these Website Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions'') before using this Site. By using this Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by the following Terms and Conditions and Stellar Card’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use this Site. Stellar Card recommends that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference. 

Stellar Card reserves the right to change, edit, or delete any documents, information, or other content appearing on the Site or these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to, and use of, this Site thereafter. Every time you wish to use the Site, please review these Terms and Conditions to ensure that you understand the terms that may apply to you at that time.

Use of Site

All rights, including copyright, in this Site are owned by or licensed to Stellar Card. This Site and the content provided in this Site, including the text, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the prior written permission of Stellar Card, except that you may download, display and print the materials presented on this Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use any “robot,” “spider” or other automatic device, or a program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process, to monitor or copy any of the web pages, data or content found on this Site, in each case without the prior written permission of Stellar Card.

You agree that you will not transmit or otherwise transfer any web pages, data or content found on this Site to any other computer, server, website, or other medium for mass distribution or for use in any commercial activity or enterprise. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that Stellar Card deems in its sole discretion to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits Stellar Card obtains from your use of the Site. 

Unauthorized use of this Site and/or any data or content contained on this Site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws. If you obtain prior written permission of Stellar Card to use data or content contained on this Site, you must retain all copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices, contained in the materials, and you must not alter, obscure or obliterate any of such notices. The use of such materials on any other website or in any environment of networked computers is prohibited.You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. 

In addition, you are prohibited from posting or transmitting any information that (a) infringes the rights of others or violates their privacy or publicity rights, (b) is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, unless you have the express written permission of the owner of such right, (c) contains a virus, “bug”, malware or other harmful item or (d) is used to unlawfully collude against another person in restraint of trade or competition. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or any other harm resulting from your use of this Site.

You acknowledge and agree that Stellar Card shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from or related to your use of such websites or reliance on any such content, products or services available from such websites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Stellar Card and any third-party providers make no warranty of any kind regarding this site and/or any data or content provided on this site, all of which are provided on an "as is" "as available" basis. Stellar Card and any third party providers do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any of the content or data found on this site and such parties expressly disclaim, to the fullest extent provided by law, all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and those arising by statue or otherwise in law or from course of dealing or usage of trade. Neither Stellar Card not any third-party providers warrant that this site, its servers or any email sent from Stellar Card are free of viruses or other harmful components. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. Notwithstanding this disclaimer of warranties, you may have specific warranty rights, which vary from state to state.

AI Technologies, Third-Party Providers and Risk Allocation

(A) Use of AI-Based Tools

Stellar Card may provide you with access to AI Tools designed to generate analytical insights in relation to your payment cards and transactions, including, if applicable, summaries of spending and income, transaction categorization, user-related information etc. Where enabled, AI Tools may also be used to execute card-management actions on your behalf, including issuing new cards, adjusting spending limits, changing card status (e.g., active, frozen, blocked, closed), activating or deactivating cards, blocking or unblocking cards, and closing (cancelling) cards. Such operations, once confirmed and executed, are treated as actions taken by you (or by the Administrator acting on the Customer’s behalf) and are binding upon the Customer. You are responsible for properly configuring any automated features and for all decisions made in reliance on the services. Where you access the AI Tools on behalf of a Customer, configuration of, and decisions made in reliance on, the AI Tools are the responsibility of the Customer and of any individual authorised by the Customer to administer its account (the “Administrator”) acting on its behalf.

Informational Purpose Only

You acknowledge and agree that the AI Tools are provided for informational and convenience purposes. The outputs generated by the AI Tools are based on automated processing and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. To the extent that AI Tools are enabled for card-management actions pursuant to Section (G) below, such actions are not informational in nature and are subject to the additional terms set out in that Section.

No Reliance

Stellar Card is not a financial advisor, tax advisor, or fiduciary. The AI Tools provide automated processing for convenience only and are not a substitute for professional financial judgment. Your use of AI Tools does not create a fiduciary or advisory relationship between you and Stellar Card. You assume full responsibility for any financial decisions or transaction authorizations made after viewing AI-generated insights. Where AI Tools are used to execute card-management actions (such as limit changes or status modifications), you acknowledge that such actions are final upon execution and that Stellar Card bears no liability for any consequences arising from actions that were correctly processed in accordance with the instructions received through the AI Tool or Third-Party AI Service.

(B) Third-Party AI Services and Indemnity

You may choose to connect your account to third-party artificial intelligence services (including, without limitation, via integrations such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar technologies). By enabling or using such integrations, you acknowledge and agree that:

No Responsibility or Control

Stellar Card does not own, operate, control, or endorse any Third-Party AI Services and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, security, or outputs. Any data, content, or results generated by such Third-Party AI Services are provided solely by those third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of Third-Party AI Services is entirely at your own risk. Stellar Card makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding such services or their outputs.

Limited Role

Stellar Card’s role is limited to providing technical means to connect or facilitate integration with Third-Party AI Services. Stellar Card does not monitor, verify, or assume any responsibility for the data transmitted to or from such services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stellar Card, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

(a) your use of or reliance on any AI Tools or Third-Party AI Services;
(b) your misuse of, or unauthorised access to or through, such services, or your reliance on the outputs of such services in breach of these Terms (excluding losses caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Stellar Card);
(c) your breach of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights in connection with such use.

Third-Party Terms

Your use of any Third-Party AI Services is subject to the terms and conditions of such third parties, and you are solely responsible for compliance with those terms.

(C) Pilot Features

Certain AI Tools and integrations may be offered as pilot, beta, preview, or other pre-release features (“Pilot Features”). Pilot Features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, may be limited to a designated group of users, may have reduced or no service-level commitments, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

(D) Customer Data

Data and content that you submit, transmit, or generate through your use of the AI Tools or Third-Party AI Services (“Customer Data”) is processed only as described in our Privacy Policy. As between you and Stellar Card, you retain all rights in Customer Data.

By submitting Customer Data or prompts to any AI Tool, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful right to provide such data and that your input does not violate any privacy laws, intellectual property rights, or confidentiality obligations. You are solely liable for any harmful or infringing content you provide to the AI Tools.

You grant Stellar Card a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, transmit, process, modify, and create derivative works of Customer Data, solely to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and to comply with applicable law.

(E) Suspension or Withdrawal of AI Features

Stellar Card may, at any time and at our sole discretion, suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any AI Tool, Third-Party AI Service integration, or Pilot Feature, in whole or in part, with or without notice. Suspension or discontinuation of AI Tools, Third-Party AI Service integrations, or Pilot Features does not, by itself, affect your access to Stellar Card’s other services.

(F) Acceptable Use of AI Tools and Integrations

When using the AI Tools or any Third-Party AI Service connected to your account, you agree that you will not, and will not permit any Authorized User or any third party to: (i) use such tools or services to circumvent, undermine, or interfere with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, sanctions, fraud-prevention, or other applicable compliance controls; (ii) use such tools or services to extract, reconstruct, or infer the personal data of other users or of any third party in violation of applicable law; (iii) resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the outputs of the AI Tools as a stand-alone service competing with Stellar Card; (iv) submit to such tools or services any content that you do not have the right to submit, or that infringes the rights of any third party; or (v) exceed any rate limits, scope limitations, or other usage parameters that Stellar Card may impose.

(G) AI-Initiated Card Management Actions

Where AI Tools or Third-Party AI Services (including those connected via Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar technologies) are used to execute card-management actions, the following additional terms apply:

(a) Equivalence to User Actions. Any card-management action initiated through an AI Tool or a Third-Party AI Service is deemed to have been taken by the Authorised User whose credentials or session were used to authenticate the request. The Customer and the relevant Authorised User accept full responsibility for all such actions.
(b) Scope of Permitted Actions. AI-initiated card-management actions are limited to the permissions, roles, and limits assigned to the relevant Authorised User or Administrator by the Customer. Card issuance, card closure, and card blocking initiated through AI Tools or Third-Party AI Services are subject to the same eligibility criteria, compliance checks, and approval workflows as actions initiated through any other channel.
(c) Restrictions on Certain Actions. Stellar Card reserves the right to restrict, limit, or impose additional conditions on certain card-management actions initiated through AI Tools or Third-Party AI Services, including actions that Stellar Card considers to be high-risk or potentially irreversible.
(d) Irreversibility. Certain card-management actions (including, without limitation, permanent card cancellation or closure) may be irreversible once executed. You acknowledge and accept the risk that AI-generated instructions cannot be undone where the underlying action is inherently irreversible.
(e) Audit Trail. Stellar Card maintains a log of all card-management actions initiated through AI Tools or Third-Party AI Services, including the identity of the Authorised User, the timestamp, and the nature of the action. Such logs may be made available to the Customer’s Administrator upon request.
(f) No Liability for Correctly Processed Actions. Stellar Card shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a card-management action that was correctly processed in accordance with the instruction received through the AI Tool or Third-Party AI Service, provided that the instruction was authenticated in accordance with these Terms.
(g) Third-Party AI Services. Where a card-management action is initiated through a Third-Party AI Service, the disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity obligations set out in Section (B) (Third-Party AI Services and Indemnity) apply in full. Without limiting the foregoing, Stellar Card shall bear no liability for any card-management action that results from an erroneous, unauthorised, or otherwise incorrect instruction generated or transmitted by a Third-Party AI Service, provided that Stellar Card correctly processed the instruction as received. Any loss or damage arising from such an instruction shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer and the relevant Authorised User.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, Stellar Card assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any loss or damages caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your access to, use of, or browsing in this sire or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from the site.

In no event shall Stellar Card, its employees, agents or any third party providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, loss of profits, sales, business or revenue, business interpretation, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill of reputation, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) any use of this site or content, (ii) any failure or delay (including, but not limited to the use of or inability to use any component of this site) or (iii) the performance or nonperformance by Stellar Card or any third party providers, even if such party has been advised for the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party.

Information and Press Releases

The Site may contain interviews, discussions, press releases and other information (collectively, “Stellar Card Information”) about Stellar Card, its business and its services, including links to third-party websites that contain such Stellar Card Information, which are being provided as a convenience to visitors of the Site. While all Stellar Card Information prepared by Stellar Card was believed to be accurate as of the date prepared, Stellar Card disclaims any duty or obligation to update any Stellar Card Information. Statements concerning companies other than Stellar Card that are contained in any such Stellar Card Information should not be relied upon as being provided or endorsed by Stellar Card. The opinions expressed in any Stellar Card Information, including by employees and agents of Stellar Card, are solely those of the author(s) and do not necessarily reflect those of Stellar Card.

Visitors’ Communications

Except where expressly provided otherwise by Stellar Card, all comments, feedback, information, or materials that you submit through or in association with the Site shall be treated by you as confidential. By submitting such comments, feedback, information, or materials to Stellar Card:

You represent and warrant that Stellar Card’s use of your submission does not and will not breach any agreement, violate any law, or infringe any third party’s rights;
You represent and warrant that you have all rights to enter into these Terms and Conditions;
Stellar Card is free to use in any manner all or part of the content of any such communications on an unrestricted basis without the obligation to notify, identify or compensate you or anyone else; and iv. You grant Stellar Card all necessary rights, including a waiver of all privacy and moral rights, to use all comments, feedback, information, or materials, in whole or in part, or as a derivative work, without any duty by Stellar Card to anyone whatsoever. Stellar Card does not accept unsolicited ideas, works, or other materials, and you acknowledge that you are responsible for and bear all risk as to the use or distribution of any such ideas, works, or materials. Stellar Card expressly prohibits the scraping of email addresses from this Site and expressly opts out of receiving commercial electronic mail messages to Stellar Card domain email addresses that were obtained in violation of the foregoing or by use of automatic address-generation software.
